Sisters Hong and Kim Pham are the 2018 recipients of scholarships awarded through the Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
Hong Pham received a $500 scholarship awarded by the North Carolina Community Foundation and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Kim Pham received a $500 scholarship awarded by the Chamber.
Chamber leaders say the two young women, both seniors at Madison High School, demonstrated a high level of academic performance, considerable involvement in extracurricular activities, and leadership ability. Sherri Davis, a chamber board member and director of A-B Tech Madison, presented the scholarships during Madison High School’s senior awards banquet on May 17, 2018.
