The Madison County Health Department is dedicated to disease prevention and health promotion for all Madison County residents. If you would like to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster, please call 828-649-0755 for an appointment. You can also walk-in from 8:30AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM on Monday-Friday.
