If you would like to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster, please call 828-649-0755 for an appointment. You can also walk-in from 8:30AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM on Monday-Friday at the Madison County Health Department.

COVID-19 testing is available by appointment, call 828-649-3531. The Madison County Health Department is dedicated to disease prevention and health promotion for all Madison County residents. Madison County Health Department will deny no one access to services due to their inability to pay. Madison County Health Department offers a sliding fee schedule for services.
