A-B Tech Madison is offering a Real Estate Broker PreLicensing course, which is necessary to satisfy the NC Real Estate Commission requirements for provisional broker status in NC.

The course is designed to prepare students to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws.
