SBA is Hiring

From the Office of Disaster Assistance Field Operations Center, East Atlanta, GA.

The U.S. Small Business Administration is looking to hire experienced temporary workers for activities relating to SBA’s disaster assistance loan program.

In response to Hurricane Florence, the SBA is hiring:

  • Customer Service Reps
  • Program Support Assistants
  • IT Specialists
  • Public Affairs Specialists

These are temporary appointments for approximately 30 – 90 days. These positions require extended periods of travel and mandatory overtime.

In order to respond quickly and efficiently to disaster survivors, substantial compensated overtime hours may be required while on assignment (up to seven days a week and 12-14 hours a day). Must be able to work weekend and evening hours. Overtime will be paid for work in excess of 40 hours per week.
